David Simpson

David has 20 years experience as a corporate lawyer, specializing in large scale mergers and acquisitions, both public and private, and international offerings of debt and equity securities. Until recently he was a partner in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (Freshfields), one of the worlds largest law firms and before that was a partner in one of Australia's leading law firms Allen Allen & Hemsley (now Allens Arthur Robinson) (Allens). From 1991 to 2004 he was based in Asia, living and working as a corporate lawyer in Indonesia from 1991 to 1997 and Singapore from 1997 to 2004. He was the managing partner of both the Allens and Freshfields offices in Singapore and has worked on some of the largest transactions in South Asia. He has a Bachelor of Economics, University of Sydney, Bachelor of Laws (Hons), University of Sydney and Master of Laws, Cambridge University UK.

Ana Williams

Ana Williams has 25 years experience in teaching, teacher training and training trainers. Her career has been in the area of teaching English as a second or foreign language (TEFL/TESOL), working as a teacher, coordinator and Director of Studies in both the public and private sectors. In these roles she taught, managed a large staff, developed courses and trained staff in course analysis, development and presentation. She also assisted in developing and teaching the Train the Trainer courses. She then worked as an Assessment Panelist and Assistant Manager at the National ELICOS Accreditation Scheme (NEAS) where she assessed colleges for accreditation and continuing quality control. This involved assessing management structure, courses, professional development and marketing among other things. Ana has been studying AcuEnergetics for the last two years and is now a practitioner. She has a Bachelor of Arts (University of NSW), Diploma in Education (Sydney Teachers College), Diploma in TESOL (Acl) and Master of Educational Administration (University of NSW).

Hilary Laidlaw

Hilary Laidlaw completed a medical degree (MB BS) at the University of Sydney in 1982. She worked for 4 years in clinical medicine before moving into Medical Administration at Royal North Shore Hospital. She worked in various administrative roles whilst completing a Masters of Health Administration and her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Medical Administrators. She became the Director of Medical Services at Royal North Shore Hospital in 1990 and was responsible for overseeing the provision of the clinical and community health services at the hospital. She was also responsible for the strategic development of medical policy in relation to the delivery of those services. Hilary moved overseas in 1994 and returned in 2002. She has studied Level 1 at AcuEnergetics and is looking forward to further study.
