AcuEnergetics^® Courses - AcuEnergetics^® Level 1: Skills for Living

Teaching time: 20 hours
This weekend course is a journey of self-discovery through the heart. It runs from Friday evening 6.30-7pm) to Sunday afternoon (6pm).
This course teaches an increased awareness and sensitivity to your energetic system. Through energetic techniques, an introduction to energetic psychology and anatomy, meditation, and a Circulation of the Light balance, you will discover a fresh approach to all aspects of your life.
You will also learn skills that you can apply to your daily life, bringing you more awareness, joy and energy. It can also be the first step to studying this amazing field, and is a prerequisite for the AcuEnergetics^® Practitioners Certification Training (Level 3).

You will learn:
. Simple & profound meditation techniques that help to still the mind & open the heart.
. To increase your sensitivity to your own, & other student's, energy centers.
. How to open your energetic field with the First Gate.
. The Circulation of the Light balance, which is beneficial for strengthening the immune system, circulation problems, restoring balance, relaxation and wellbeing.
. Releasework ~ a technique to release held emotions & attitudes.
. An introduction to the Physiology & Anatomy of the energy body including acu-points, tan tiens & chakras, & the energetic causes of illness.
. Radiance, resonance & magnetic hand techniques for healing illness.

Course materials provided include: Participant manual with detailed notes, a DVD of selected skills and a Poster of the Circulation of the Light

You will be provided with a Certificate of Participation for completing Level One.
